Comspec is a diverse, local company with the knowledge to help businesses and organizations become more efficient and profitable. It was founded in 2001 to provide engineering support to local telecommunication companies and has grown to include additional services to assist you with your needs. Our goal at Comspec is to provide flexible and effective solutions that meet our client's needs and requirements. We are an SBA certified 8(a) Small Business and can provide services to the government sector as a prime or sub-contractor.

Greg Matsui - President
Founded Comspec Engineering in 2001 to service the engineering needs of local telecommunication companies. Originally from the small town of Hilo, Hawaii, Greg graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career with a communications contractor and has over 10 years of experience working on federal government projects. Greg believes that focusing on the customers needs is imperative to finding the right technological solution.

Randal Kaiura - Vice-President
Attended Iolani High School and Graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific. Randal started his career as a network engineer for Hawaiian Tel. He then spent several years with a communications contractor. Before the formation of this company, Randal also served as the Circuit Design Supervisor at AT&T where he gained valuable experience in the military sector. He provides many years of telecommunications experience and expertise to Comspec.

Marie Parducho - Business Manager
Hailing from the island of Guam, Marie joined the company in 2009. Marie is a multi-talented professional with several years of human resources and customer service experience in the retail, military, and restaurant fields. She is a vital addition to the company’s management team. Marie is the face of Comspec at many networking events.
